Continuing on with conditioning, weightlifting, and practice, I was able to attend the 2009 National Championships baseball team's luncheon and ring ceremony. It was very exciting and I feel so proud to be a part of this program. I can't wait for Thanksgiving so I can take a trip back to LA for a week or so. The Dodgers look like their going to clinch the NL West in the next few days. I sure hope so.

Hell week
This week was a typical time, conditioning, weightlifting, and practice. Although, there was a typical twist. Our coach wasn't too happy about the lack of attendance in classes and we suffered. We had to meet in the gym at 6 in the morning on thursday and friday and condition. Getting up extra early was half the battle and conditioning made it even worse. In the end I felt great and I am so relieved it is the weekend. I also saw the mens soccer team demolish Nova and tonight I saw the volleyball team beat Eckerd. Penn state football is 2-0 and plays Temple tomorrow. They are ranked number five in the nation!

I am finally fully settled into Lynn and seem to be adjusting to the college life pretty rapidly. This past week was more of the same with baseball and working out every day. It takes a real toll on the body and I have never valued sleep as much as I have in the past week. Looking forward to the weekend and watching a lot of college football. I have a few papers to write which is going to suck but it all part of the process. Till next time. PEACE.!

The Transition
The past week has been very busy moving into Lynn all the way from the West coast of Los Angeles. I'm finally settled in my dorm and the first week has been a great experience. I had the typical week of a student athelete going to class, conditioning, and working out every day. Baseball is a lot of fun and hard work and the upper classmen have been very welcoming to all the freshman. The weekend is finally here and I am looking forward to continuing classes and workouts next week. Im so happy that college football is finally here. It's a great time of the year. Go PENN STATE!
